Of course! 

We are happy to get your order ready for pickup at each location, simply select your location at checkout! 

No worries! We will refund you the shipping amount you paid. 

Send us an email at info@mullinspetmarket.ca or call us and we will be sure your order is ready to be picked up. 

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange products for you.

Merchandise must be in original, unopened/unworn packaging including tags still attached and must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Yes! Please bring a copy of your order confirmation as a receipt and we will be happy to refund or exchange your product!   

Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched from our shop with your Tracking Number once the package has been processed with the Canada Post.


If you have received notification from the courier company that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first calling them directly to investigate further.

Please note: if you opt for no signature on delivery, we are unfortunately no longer liable for any stolen or lost packages and we are unable to reimburse you for it.

We are currently only shipping across Canada!
