At this time, Mullin's Pet Market only ships within Canada.
Mullin's Pet Market is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery.
All orders ship with Expedited Shipping to ensure that the parcel can be tracked. We offer free shipping over $100 *some exclusions apply (heavy dog food bags, oversized beds, anything unusually heavy or oversized)*
Bulk or oversized items carry an additional charge from the shipping companies we utilize. Some examples are dog food bags over or equal to 14lbs, cat litter, super giant pet beds, etc. Basically, anything that’s unusually large or dense or that requires special handling due to size. Keep an eye out for the indicator on the product pages to see items that are ineligible for free shipping.
We ship orders from our store within 1 - 4 business days. We will contact you with lead times accordingly if there is a delay.
Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. Your shipping speed will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.
